Tootherpick holder, ceramic, depicting mustached man on left, holding hat next to tree stump incised "Teddy and the Bear", surmounted by bear on the right, back incised, "Made in Germany", also incised "II 3573".  Dimensions are 3-3/4"h x 3-1/2"w x 1-1/2"d. Green paint intact, brown overpainting on bear and hat deteriorated.
