This scene is one of a series of 12 scenes, marked for each month of the year, 1815.  They were published and sold in London by Edward Orne, "Publisher to his Majesty".  Each print is approxinmately 11"h x 15"w, in a narrow molded black frame, 12-1/4"h x 16-1/4"w.  Some have been supplied with replacement UV protective glass with new backing, plus wire. 
     This print is titled "View of the Arsenol and the Foundry at St. Petersburgh" , done for the month of December 1815, reframed with UV protective glass.
