Plaque, 5-3/4" d, commemorating 300 years of Russian Czarist rule, 1613-1913.  It includes bas-relief portrait images of the 1st Cszar on the left and Nicolas II on the right, over a double-crowned two-headed eagle.  It is framed against black in late 20th century molded goldtone frame 13" square.
