British, 1870s [note the diamond shape mark in the base], silverplate, in 3 major tiered sections, the bottom section also with removable parts,  including 3 bulls.  The base is elaborate, including 3 cherubs standing above floral garlands that descend to the 3 bulls.  The silver plating is still in very good condition.  Note the maker mark underneath.  Note 1 garland missing from the base.  Dimensions:  19"h x 9-1/2"d.
