Claret jug, hand-cut lead crystal with silverplate mount, probably Scottish, made circa 1902 in Edinburgh.  Silverplate portion consists of domed hinged lid with thumb tab, opening to disclose kidney-shaped aperture, pouring spout, and tapering scroll handle descending over body.  Crystal portion features 12 panels demarcated by wheel cutting, over bulbous body featuring 4 rosettes plus diamond and ridge cuts.  Buttom is star-cut.  Dimensions:  9-1/2"h x 6-1/2"w.  No chips detected.
